NOTICE TO CREDITORS OF THE FISCHER FAMILY TRUST

STATE OF MICHIGAN
COUNTY OF WASHTENAW

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Gary W. Fischer and Nancy E. Fischer, who were the Settlors
and original Trustees of The Fischer Family Trust u/a/d May 15, 2002, as amended and who
lived at 9840 Currie Road, Northville, Michigan 48167, died August 12, 2025, and October 26,
2020, respectively. There is no personal representative of either settlor’s estate to whom letters of
administration have been issued.

The Successor Trustees of said Trust are Erin L. Facione and Daniel L. Whiting.
Creditors of The Fischer Family Trust u/a/d May 15, 2002, as amended will be forever barred
unless claims are presented to Successor Trustees’ legal representative STULL LAW, PLC,
35560 Grand River Ave #412, Farmington Hills, MI 48335 within four (4) months after the date
of the publication of this notice.

Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons
entitled to it.
