YORK CHARTER TOWNSHIP SYNOPSIS
The April 9, 2024, Regular meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. at the Township Hall by Supervisor Tellas. Six Board members present, one absent. One public comment heard; no written petitions submitted. Regular agenda approved.
Unfinished Business: Res. 2024-06, Resolution to Authorize ACH Transactions for Vendors, adopted. Discussions held on social media policy, recording secretary position, and public safety millage proposal.
New Business: Temporary structure permit for 4580 Burton conditionally approved. Restated agreement for SAFD agreement approved. MAFD percentages, operating and capital improvement budgets for FY 24-25 approved. Agreement with WCRC for Warner Rd Culvert approved. Request to waive MAFD fire run invoice denied. Motion to change publication of record from Mlive to Ann Arbor Independent approved. Discussions regarding township manager, zoning code enforcement, and interlocal agreement for building services with the City of Milan were held.
