Notice of Dissolution of LLC
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 450.1842a of the Michigan Business Corporation Act, as amended, to all persons who may have claims against Health Harmonized, LLC (the “Corporation”) that the
Corporation was dissolved by written consent of the shareholders effective on May 1, 2025.
NOTE: A claim against the Corporation will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within one (1) year after the publication date of this newspaper notice.
