Pete’s Posee and Kathy Anderson Contra Dance: AACTMAD. Contra and Square Dance open to the public. American traditional dancing to live music. All dances are taught. New dancers (singles and couples) are always welcome and should come early; dances get more challenging during the evening. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes for energetic dancing. Apple Day: Pittsfield Union Grange. An opportunity to make your own cider – bring your own apples (1 bushel or less) or buy cider apples onsite. Bring your own jugs if you can. We will be making cider, apple sauce, apple butter, and having fun with apples. Bake sale, apple tasting, pie making demo, children’s activities (a “wreck lab” of taking things apart for future Junior Makers use). The wandering Apple Museum (parts of it are sometimes seen at the Ann Arbor Farmers’ Market) will be there.
