SATURDAY JULY 12, 2014 at Mill Pond Park in Saline, just before the opening of Saline Celtic Festival, organizers are looking for participants to tackle a three-mile tough mudder course.

The challenge, which includes obstacles such mud, water, hills and woods, is sponsored by the Saline Parks & Recreation Department, Workout and Saline Main Street.

The Mastodon Celtic Challenge is a Bootcamp-style event and presents a challenging obstacle course designed to push participants to their limits. New in 2014 there is also a Children’s Obstacle Course for participants ages 10-15.

Adult Waves (16 & older) are at 10:30 AM and 11:30 AM

Children’s Wave starts at 12:30 PM

Adults pay $45 (advance)   and $55 (On site). The Children’s Obstacle Course registration fee is  $25.
